I am fascinated with the urban, industrial and harsh. I explore the honest and at times, unexpected around us, often immersing myself in that considered ugly.  I embrace texture, light and atmosphere in my work.

I paint in oils and acrylics, from my home studio in urban Fife, and love to get frozen to the core painting out in the elements en plein air.
